I tried running the awinstall.php program this morning and it refuses to run crontab. This was working Friday. Either my account changed or 1and1 disabled the ability to run crontab from PHP.
UPDATE:
Crontab is back!
If you have a package that is supposed to have crontab and doesn’t, you have to complain.
